• Remove advertisers from Autoshop Classics website when a pattern of customer dissatisfaction is determined or who fail to respond to dispute inquiries

What we will not do:

• Advocate for either party or force a resolution
• Dictate policies or terms of a sale between parties
• Mediate, Arbitrate, Adjudicate or Extort
• Take action against an advertiser or user based on an unresolved dispute
