To notify Autoshop Classics of any problem you are experiencing with someone you have dealt with on our web site, please use the online form.

It is important to Autoshop Classics, Advertisers and users alike that standards of honesty and integrity encouraged and enforced.

We encourage either party to contact us when unresolved conflicts arise between advertisers and their customers. We will then facilitate an exchange of information among those involved in an effort to encourage an amicable resolution.

Please understand that we are not police officers, professional investigators, or judge and jury. Because we were not present to witness the events which led to your dispute, we are not in a position to determine or judge the merits of your dispute or force a resolution of your particular problem.

Once we receive a summary of your dispute in writing, we will notify the advertiser that we have received your complaint and will request a response within 30 days. Please make sure to include what you would like to see in the way of a resolution on the form. Our past experience indicates over half of the conflicts are resolved by the parties at this point. Unresolved disputes become part of the permanent record regarding this advertiser.

The intent of our policy is to help maintain the integrity of the classics car/motorcycle enthusiast and encourage our advertisers and users to come to quick and reasonable resolutions of disagreements. However, our role should not be viewed as a substitute for normal dispute resolution procedures. We will not force a resolution, or take action against an advertiser (or user) based on an unresolved dispute.
